There is no restocking fee if the exchange is for the same or more than the total of original order. SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE EXCHANGE. The item must be in "re-sellable" condition in the original box or packaging. Ill-packed items will be returned to sender. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns without exchange. | Something you should know before you buy our products... I have 5 dogs and 3 cats. I LOVE pets and animals and have been known to take in strays from time to time- in fact, I seem to find them at my front door quite often. I started Krisybelle in the year 2000. This business is both fun and rewarding to me because I really love what I do. My babies are with me all the time. They are at work with me, at home with me and even in my convertible sports car with me. They go everywhere I go. They also USE every product that we make. They sleep in the beds and wear the clothes, collars and hair accessories everyday. These products are pretty-- but they are for REAL pets. All products are designed here. After a prototype of a new product is made, it spends LOTS of time with my babies to make sure it will work, last and that they will like it. They wear the Krisybelle Crystal Collars everyday, even outside playing. I wash all of their beds twice a week. These products work and last under normal pooch & kitty lifestyles. Lastly, I have a pooch of every small size from 3lbs to 16lbs and even one pooch of 95lbs. I also have cats that are skinny, normal, and BIG.
